Had severe lower back pain today and could barely walk. Received the shock wave treatment and was able to actually go to work even though advised not to. Best treatment and amazing doctor and staff!

I had the greatest experience dealing with the chiropractor’s office in providence. What’s really important is that I was treated and that was with respect in all aspects. The place is absolutely clean, the front fest staff is very professional and the doctor as well. Very kids friendly, clean bathroom, well decorated and they’re very nice. It was a pleasure meeting the team. I recommend this office for treatment!

The physician is an expert at what he does; he’s attentive and always makes sure my concerns are addressed. Dr. Annie in the Pawtucket office has been over the top helpful to me. I have damage in my back due to my profession, most would not even touch me. She has a gentle manner and even more gentle technique. I havent felt this good in years. I highly recommend these folkes for all your chiropractic needs.

Dr Rodriguez was amazing and I will highly recommend him to anyone he made my neck pain and my back pain go away and I feel like a completely new person and his staff members are also amazing they made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel comfortable every vist i went to ,and they worked around my busy schedule.I will highly recommend them 10/10 thank you !!!

I AM ALSO A DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC, and there are ONLY TWO DOCTORS I TRUST IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND TO TREATMY VERY COMPLEX DISORDER IT JUST SO HAPPENS THAT THESE TWODOCTORS ARE THE OWNERS OF DeCrescenzo Chiropractic. The staff was very welcoming and helpful when i came in, the office was very cozy and inviting! I loved working with the doctor! she was very nice and helped me with my lower back pain. I will definitely be coming here again!

I had a great experience at this chiropractor office. From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and accommodating. The chiropractor was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns and I never felt rushed or overlooked.

This is by far the best Chiropractic office I have ever been to. On your first visit by the time you leave you will already start to feel a little relief. Of course depending on your circumstance they are so knowledgeable very welcoming super attentive and the best part is is that they listen and that they care if I could I would give them a 10 star. I would highly highly recommend them.

I only had one visit so far, but the place is very nice. Very clean. Receptionist are very respectful and the doctor was awesome. Explaining to me. What could be wrong with my neck. Looking forward to my second appointment hopefully relieving this pain in my neck.

I have high medical anxiety and chiropractors are always something that has made me feel unsettled. Everyone at this place is magnificent - front desk staff is super friendly, the doctor is very careful and efficient. I really appreciate that they get an x-ray of your back before they start any procedures to make sure they are fully aware and doing everything properly. My back pain has gotten significantly better with regular visits - If you are looking, I highly recommend stopping here and booking that appointment.
